Just completed week two and had a sneak preview at next week and looks like a huge jump up. Feeling apprehensive already.

Well done. It’s not that huge a jump... if you’re walking fast enough to raise your heart rate and running slowly enough to be able to speak full sentences, then look at the total workout length and you’ll see there’s not a big difference. You did week 2, you can do week 3. It will, of course, challenge you... but that’s what we are here for.

Yeah i did that too...

It really helps to read posts on the 'difficult" runs cos then you see it is doable! And your stamina improves. You will be amazed.

So either read next weeks AND read posts or don't at all!!

Take each run at a time and you will see amazing progress! You can do this!!!!!

I think you’re right, just take each one as it comes.

Well done on your progress.

In W3 you run for exactly the same time as you did in W2 but the walking intervals are shorter, so the overall workout is shorter.

Trust the plan!

If you are going to worry about future weeks, maybe you are better off not looking.

A positive attitude is key to success healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

You can do this.

Each week looks like a huge jump. Each week when you look back, you’ll wonder what all the fuss was about! Don’t worry, the programme is designed to build you up gradually, and it will. 😀

That’s a really useful comment, thank you! The first to second week didn’t phase me at all so it was a surprise that both the running time lengthened and the ratio run to recovery increased.
