Did W6R2 today.... by mistake π² Clicked on the wrong week and didn't realise. Not sure what I should do. Worried that if I do w6r1 for my next run I'll find run 3 tough. If I do run 3 next will I find it too difficult... running for 25 minutes. So maybe I should repeat run 2. Arghhhhh decisions decisions. W6R2 was ok. Legs bit heavy again but I think that's because I picked up the pace a little.
Personally, because Iβm a bit of a stickler for doing things by the book, Iβd be tempted to do W6R1 next, then R3. R1 isnβt much easier than R2, just different (read all the posts about it - itβs a pesky one!) That way your legs will have still done the same amount of work, preparing you for the 25 minuter.
