Just planning week 6 but a bit distracted by the Sprocker presenting me with some knickers (clean, I hasten to add) after he had a rummage in the washing basket. Anyway now that excitement is over the plan is:
R1 - Tues 4th
R2 - Thurs 6th
R3 - Sat 8th
Strength and toning on Monday, Weds and Sun with Friday as rest day.
New job starts tomorrow so wish me luck!
