Delighted to have just completed w9r3. I couldn't wait, so ran at midday - bit of a mistake as it's really warm today. However as I started this programme in the heat of the summer, nothing was going to stop me today. This is such a clever idea - well done NHS.
I'm going to carry on building up my distance and hopefully do a Parkrun in the near future. Will really miss Laura, so might have to repeat w9 a few times.
And I can now wear my new running trainers - my treat to me!!

Congratulations Madgey, to get the word Graduate next to your name, go to the September graduation post and tell them that you have ran run 3 of week 9 in 30 minutes.
Great stuff, be chuffed and enjoy the success. 👍👍👍
I'm a run ahead of you and I'm repeating week 9s run. I'm listening to some of the other trainers just for a change, but I'll be back with Laura for c25k+ podcasts soon.
Congratulations. How apt to finish this in the same awfully high temperatures that you started it. Yeah it was tough, so was the programme, but you’re so very much tougher. Go to parkrun as a very proud C25K graduate. Good luck with your future running goals.
