Does anyone else feel like the hardest part is putting your trainers on and leaving the house in the first place?
After a couple of weeks off I’m going to get back on it!

Thank fully at a stage where I can’t wait to get out and run. First 3 weeks though was tough hard getting out of the house. I signed up for a sponsored 5k park run to coincide with 90 days after I started the app. In the first few weeks in the days I didn’t want to leave the house the fact that I had people sponsor me motivated me to get out and do it. Knowing I would never complete the park run if I missed a training session
Definitely! I'm struggling much more with this mentally than I am physically. I'm at the same stage as you, and completed W4R3 this morning, and getting out of the door was definitely the worst part. I think the mindset to believe that we CAN do this, rather than assuming we can't, is half the battle. Just keep going!
Just leave the house and go for a walk/run in week 4 run 3, once you have left your house, you will enjoy your run
Like Pete, I find it hard having a rest day! I’d rather be out running! I’m sure you’ll be that way eventually too! 😀👍🏻
Yes I found that to begin with. Like others however I now have to discipline myself not to run when I should be doing something else.
Thanks all for your support, definitely mind over matter! Once I’d done the first 3mins I felt a lot better.
Keep going Pixie_Runs I think it looks like we’ll see a difference next week.
