Getting out of my bleedin’ lycra leggings! I sweat more doing that than I do, doing the run lol.

Thought I’d get the last run of the week in before it blows a hooley tomorrow.

Week 5 ... I’m coming for you 🏃‍♀️🙌🏻

If you find the runs hard you can repeat them , but make sure you drink plenty of water when you don’t run I drink 2 to 3 litres and have rest days and slow down if need slow down again 👍

Thanks Pete. I’m not finding them too challenging. I’m taking it slowly - in fact, the longer runs I find you get into a better rhythm and I speed up a bit. Really enjoying it! 😃

Yeah getting those leggings off are a challenge for me too, Willow runs in loose joggers but i don’t like things flapping round my legs

Don’t let it out you of though sounds like you are enjoying it
