8am on a gorgeous Sunday morning.

Starting to notice generally getting fitter too, which is probably psychosomatic (or whatever the non-perjorative version of that is. Happily walked two miles home from band practice with a guitar and a load of gear on my back last night, which I'd never have dreamed of doing a few weeks ago.

Great stuff but remember, roadies (when you get them) only carry the gear, they don't do the running for you.
