So far so good. Was a bit worried about a ramp up in pace but completed today’s run ok. There were a lot of strollers on my usual route today so went a bit random but the halfway bell helps to guage where you are.

Thoughts of keeping up with you all spurred me on! It was a lovely day which helped.

Thank you! Yes I was worried about it but I enjoyed the music as I went. I finally got my Bluetooth earphones to connect to my phone so that was a huge bonus 😊

Enjoying week 2 with you, just finished run 2 although mine was a bit random too, blaming the dog. Good luck with the rest of the week!

Well done, but there is no need to step up the pace........ keep it steady.

I did keep same pace but wondered how I would find the longer runs at 90 secs

Keep it slow 🐌 so you can manage the longer runs without injury or breathing hassles... slow gets you to the ultimate finish line 9:3

What good advice as I sometimes forget and find I am going too fast!

It happens so easily! When I start to struggle on a run, I slow it right down and it feels ok again & on I go!

You are doing great!!
