I’ve done it!!! 4 weeks ago, the thought of running from the lounge to the kitchen at home would have terrified me😳...
But here I am, end of week 3. I’ve just been running for a full 3 minutes at a time, regularly. This is tough. But it’s doable. You just have to want it.
I’m a big guy, and got a lot further to go. But what I’ve achieved over the past 4 weeks, for me, is amazing.
Anyone who says, “I can’t run”. Just give it a go. No one’s asking them to be the next Mo Farah...
On to week 4. Which looks like a big step up. Should be fun...😜
