So I finally took the plunge, after weeks of psyching myself up I have finally started my Couch to 5k plan. Did my first session of the first week today. Was using a treadmill at the gym walking at between 5 and 6 kmh, running at between 9 and 10 kmh. Covered 3.25 km in the first session (bit disappointed, thought I might get nearer to 5k but I'll know for session 2 in a couple of days). Roll on session 2!

Keep it slow and keep it steady...the 30 minute runs after nine weeks are all that is needed Some folk, may make 5K..many many do not. It is not necessary for Graduation
Well done and welcome!
