I know I shouldn't, but I do.

It has been like this for 6 years and I simply can't let go. My old Merrell trail shoes are just too comfortable. The uppers are coming away, a hole in each sole lets the water in, and the foam protector at the back has long gone to the landfill. But they are still the most comfortable footwear I have ever had.

Wow... they’ve seen some action! As the support and cushioning deteriorates your getting closer to barefoot, which apparently is good for us. Might be nearly time for a new out though?!

If they still feel comfortable and give you no issues after a run, then perhaps there's nothing wrong with them............but I am sure the manufacturer would disagree.

I would say goodbye I really would. I had a pair of brooks Cascadia that took me ages to part with 😃

Time for a shopping trip to try on some new ones 😃

You’ve done the best thing. A picture to remember it by and now all you need is to put it into the bin😀😀😀😀. You wouldn’t feel any pain trust me. I know how hard it is. Just let go and say farewell. Then to the shops for a new pair.
