That hurt my legs. They were tired and felt like a struggle to keep them going. I had been looking forward to this one and excited about the next one which jumps straight to a 20 minute run. Now not so excited. Trepidation is more like it 😟
I have possible reasons for the tired legs but I'm not going to use them/It! Staying positive or trying to. On the very bright side I saw bambi in the fields as I was on my warm up walk. Happily keeping an eye on me in their space! 😁

Plan for my 20 minute run is Saturday morning. Going to try new route along the canal, even flatter than the 5mtr elevated route I have been doing (which was very flat and stretched out but I feel it 🤣)... I need everything in my favour 😎
You're on! See you back here later in the day 😆 Enjoy... I'm sure having other people there will motivate you... just try NOT to keep up with the 13 year olds!! Own pace will save face 😃
I must admit I'm really surprised my breathing is ok. That was the area I thought would let me down. Years ago I hyperventilated running for a train just because I couldn't get enough air in and since then it plays on my mind.
I haven't mastered breathing in through nose and out through mouth and not sure I'm going to try, because I'm worried about panicking a bit if I'm not getting enough air in.
I heard whatsherface... erm... Paula Radcliffe, yes... talking about breathing for the marathon runners at the recent World Athletics meet in Berlin. She said you only use your mouth for breathing when you are running. Some woman had got a nosebleed and shoved tissues up her nostrils and was carrying on just fine.
So I wouldn't worry about breathing techniques or anything. Just forget about it and let it happen naturally. 👍
Thank you. You/they could be onto something. I was flying back to the UK yesterday so had had limited water intake! Will fill up tomorrow ready for Sat am. Cheers 🥂💦💦
