Ran out of excuses

Hey everyone, my boyfriend introduced me to this after his friends success story. I have made lots of excuses, working shifts, clubbed foot, busy life style etc, just finished my first run and feel great, the worry of people staring was the main factor but I quickly got over that once I realised no one really cares, I’m hoping to get lots of hints and tips from everyone, here’s to a healthier lifestyle.

Welcome Chloe. Hardest part, actually getting out there for the first time is done 👏. Just take your time, go really slowly (speed and distance mean nothing at this stage) you just need to complete each run in the plan.

One thing that helps make it easier on your body is to be really well hydrated all the time.

Well done. This group is very supportive. Just take each session at a time. Im half way through week 2 and I have decided not to worry myself by looking at what is to come in later weeks as I'll talk myself out of continuing. Oh and go as slow as you can lol x
