9 weeks later and I'm a graduate! Woohoo!

9 weeks ago I couldn't run up the stairs. Tonight I've just graduated with not just running for 30 mins but kept going for the full 5k...and I feel amazing! This programme is brilliant, and is the first thing I have ever completed from start to end. So proud of myself. If anyone is having any doubts let me take them away... Go for it, you really can do this!
