Hi everyone, I have just completed my final run in the c25k programme! I can't believe that the nine weeks have gone by so fast and I'm a bit sad to have finished what has become a routine three times a week. But hey, onwards and upwards with the c25k+ podcasts. I've also registered to do The Great North Run 5k in September so I've got plenty to keep me busy. I want to say thank you to the NHS for bringing out this wonderful achievable programme and to Laura who knew I could do it. I also need to thank everyone in this forum because you have inspired me to go on and shared all your good runs and bad runs with me. The support is fantastic. The people I know in the real world, apart from a few like minded individuals seem very bored by my achievements and don't really want to hear about it. Thanks and I'm going to have a big smile on my face, a spring in my step and a warm glow on the inside all day today. xxx
