Boy it was hard though. I was dreading it because I’d heard rumours that I’d have to run for five minutes..... those rumours were true! I really felt it in my legs in the second five minute run - not pain, just tiredness and wasn’t sure I could make it but did 😊. I am still astonished that I can do this (so far) and if a 58 year old, five stone overweight, zero exercising me can do it then anyone can!!!

I also ran this run this morning too. Yes those rumours were true! When Laura chipped in to start talking I thought she was going to tell me I could start walking....but she was telling me I was half way!! Just need to remember how far we have come!

Well done Pickles. This programme is amazing isn't it? The sessions build bit by bit and your body and mind does the same. Believe in the programme it will get you there. Ive just completed W8R2. Im astounded by what I am capable of when a few weeks ago the thought of 5mins was a mere dream. Keep smiling
