It is liberating.....no one whispering in my ear to start, stop, keep going, increase speed, decrease speed, timing me..........and I'm doing it all on my own because I WANT to run and push myself that little bit more than my last run.......
Yes!!! I AM loving this post-grad malarkey, for sure!!!!π
I have absolutely no idea as to what those stats mean at all....lol!!!
I looked at that and thought....maybe my pace should be in the double-digit range.....!!!
But thank you for your confidence in me.....it definitely helps me push that much harder....especially when I feel like giving up...usually during toxic 10.
For fitness, your heart rate is divided into 5 zones. Here are mine for my run yesterday - I'm almost always in zone 5 (because I am rubbish π) Your pic is only showing zones 3, 4 and 5, because you were never in zones 1 or 2 during your run.
Where have I actually been???π± You have a Graduate badge and everything!! Massive congratulations ππππ€βοΈπ₯ I am as ever late to the party π€¦ββοΈ Apologies for missing your big moment Hotheels π¬π€ Now I've seen your real life lovely smiley face, I have to ask ....are they your feet in your profile pic?π
As your time and distance included your warms up and down, your pace when running must have been much better than the average shown, time to invest in a decent bit of kit βto measure your lap (1km) times π The change could be transformational πππ
I hear you, loud and clear......believe me, I'm working on it!!!!
Unfortunately, my birthday came and went before i started C25k.....but anniversary and Christmas can be perfect excuses......hints have been duly dropped to my poor unsuspecting husband....lol!!!πππ€£π€£π€£π π
