Can’t believe it’s here run one of the week done, even more I can’t believe I’ve stuck to it, missing only 3 runs in total. One thing that has made me stick to it was documenting it on Instagram, not that any of my friends and followers actually cared but I wanted to show I didn’t give up.

Final lap and you’re on the back straight... very impressive job! Next run see you into the home straight and then on to the very well deserved graduation run. You know you got this, we don’t need to tell you now... close it out and get on that podium. You didn’t give up, you amazed yourself more than a couple of times, and you got where you are through hard work. You’re a runner and a winner.

W9R2 done with the start of a cold on Sunday. I was really looking forward to graduating this morning but woke up and the cold was worse. 😕
I’d mentally planned to do first park run this coming Saturday. Not to be put off I’m hoping to do W9R3 on Thursday morning. If your schedule allows we could ‘virtually’ graduate together.
In the absence of mortarboards we should though our trainers in the air. 😁🏃♂️👨🎓🏆🥂
