Loved todayโs run although I canโt quite believe how far you can run in 25 minutes. There was actually times today where I didnโt even think about what I was doing. Roll on week seven.

You can go quite far running for 25 minutes. Onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 / 25 minute runs.

Great effort, you'll find that distance increases over w7, 8 and 9 as you get stronger with the longer runs. Enjoy
