Only 2nd run but I was joined by my son today!
He pretty much hates all sports and exercise so his mum is still in shock that he took part
It went well. His knee started to hurt about halfway so I made him slow down and use his arms to get a more 'bouncy' technique and he was able to complete the full podcast without the pain getting worse and the limp had gone by the final 60 second jog and 5minute warm down walk.
I think he has been inspired knowing his dad couldn't even walk 2 months ago. Every cloud etc...
