Completed Week1 this morning :-)

I think my son might need some proper running trainers.

I am finding it easy so far but I will still repeat Week 1

Yeah. I am building up to running in a group doing C25K. So I am staying on Week1 for a few weeks before progressing

If you're finding it easy then go on to week 2! The plan is designed for progression and it sounds to me as though you're ready to progress - slowly and steadily of course!

Thanks Triumphbabe! :-) I am in recovery from serious muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis) so no shortcuts.

I may be finding it easy but I need to be extra careful...

Having read your introduction I now understand your need for caution! Good luck with the programme, hope it helps
