Week 6 run 2 - my last run in the Austrian hills.

Did my run this morning in the chilly air after some snowfall up high in the mountains. Felt good and the hills certainly test your ability to slow the pace to ensure you continue running. I’m really hoping that running at low altitude ( I’m at about 650 meters) and running in the flat will mean an increase in pace naturally when I’m home. I’m only running every third day and hope to increase that when home also. Managed to complete 5.1k in the 33 minute programme.... 13 mins walking. Here is a picture of my gorgeous run this morning. Onwards and upwards - 10k to complete on the 7th October!!!

Wow, look at that view! I did most of C25K at altitude - have spent a few weeks in the U.K. and it's definitely easier here (or maybe I'm just getting fitter). Glad you had a good run - have a good trip home 😀👍
