Where to start ! Before holiday, in June managed to reach week 3 without much effort. Went back to gym a few weeks after holiday and couldn’t pick up from where I left off which left me feeling 💩
I now sit and waste my time looking at running shoes and fitness watches instead of putting on the gym gear and hitting the restart button and getting on the treadmill. Feeling 🤮 with nerves and hate this anxious feeling in my belly.

Come on Shellbells16, get back on the horse (metaphorically speaking)What’s the worst that can happen? Sometimes it’s the fear of doing something (head gremlins) rather than the doing that holds us back. Take a step back if you need to, it doesn’t matter, it’s not a race. It’s about doing something for yourself . Good luck in whatever you decide 👍🏻
Thanks Oldlady61 my head gremlins have definitely got the better of me at the moment but will look at kicking them up the ass and getting back on the 🐴
