Where to start ! Before holiday, in June managed to reach week 3 without much effort. Went back to gym a few weeks after holiday and couldn’t pick up from where I left off which left me feeling 💩
I now sit and waste my time looking at running shoes and fitness watches instead of putting on the gym gear and hitting the restart button and getting on the treadmill. Feeling 🤮 with nerves and hate this anxious feeling in my belly.
