So even though a friend who is used to running 5Ks apparently, decided she wasn't going to join me on our planned outing I soldiered on. Even though i wasn't sure what to wear in the rain, and decided upon my normal kit and my cycling jacket to keep my top half dry at least.

Really enjoyed running in the rain but my legs were tired today. I'm tempted to take 2 days off instead of the normal 1 day especially as I'm away for work and going to have to run on a treadmill Tuesday morning. But I won't. I WILL go running Tuesday.

Great stuff! I like running in the rain too - I'm either soaked with water or soaked in sweat if it's dry weather, so either way I'm wet 😂 Enjoy week 5 - good luck!
