Today was the first time I’ve run in the wind and rain. It was great...I didn’t dissolve and I didn’t end up in some bizarre place having to click my trainers together muttering “There’s no place like home.” I would even do it again! Woo-hoo!
The run was ok. The final 5 minutes only felt like 3 hours rather than the 10 hours that it did in R1 of this week. I have also noticed my legs aren’t as achy and tired as they were at the beginning of C25K, so that’s got to be good.
Bring on week 5!

I'm finding this post positive Oaktree2, I completed W4R1 today. Totally get what you mean about the last 5 minutes 🤣, so I'm hoping R2 is slightly better and that my legs/ankles hold up
Lol, it goes on forever doesn’t it?! Then Laura comes on to say when it’s half way through! Half way? Seriously??!! 😂😂
It does get easier though Sweetpea. I’ve started leaving 2 rest days and keeping a 🐌 pace really does help. I’ll keep my 👀 open for your posts. You’ll smash it!
Fabulous! Found all 3 runs were completely different. R1 journey of discovery. R2 was a struggle & R3 at times I felt like a runner. Well done you’re doing great
