Hiya ..I knew I would get that 5k and show it who was boss ..Did it tonight ...My watch kept me going when laura said that's 30 min ..I just kept going what a great run ..I feel fantastic albeit tired ..Ive got that great warm glow as you do when you've achieved something good ...Thanks everyone for helping me on my way 😊😊😊😊

Good run for you Myrar, that route is by Stepps near Hogganfield Loch, I live just up the A/M80 at Cumbernauld, many good runs in that area, so glad that you feel fantastic after completing it.
