A good few weeks ago i was really disheartened. I got to week 5 easily and then had an awful week, mixture of reasons put me off my determination as with us all. Many of you were so encouraging and supportive telling me it hapoens to us all, to carry on and put it behind me and that i could do it!! I stopped.....
Then using C25K i started with werk1 again but did it twice in one session. This i continued using W2 and W3 for about 3 weeks. Today i have completed 5K (and a little bit more). It took 41 mins. I really have surprised myself! So thank you to you all for your support and encouragement. X
