That was tough, really tough. Still 30 plus degrees here in Virginia and the back straight was in full sun. Have to run when the sun is lower in the sky but life gets in the way!

Yup, 25 minutes is a lot of running. But you're almost there. Another couple of weeks to build up to 30 minutes. You can do it!

It’s hard in the heat isn’t it? ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ And mighty humid in Virginia too I’d have thought. 😓 ☀️

But you did it and you can move on. Well done you! 👏👏👏👏👏

I've been camping in mid Wales this week, did w6r2 where we were, omg it was so hilly, so I put off w6r3 until I got home. I'm now lying in bed trying to find motivation, I think or hope motivation may reappear this evening!

Nice to read about the slanting sun in Virginia. Am transplanted to the Baltic, Stockholm, and the hilly terrain a challenge whether morning or evening. The heat wave of the summer dissapated, the sun becoming more slanted each day. Am considering that the runs/trekking are the purpose of the day. Not kidding.

Well done finishing week 6 ! Very tough week. Here in the UK we had a heatwave (for us) 30-33 degrees on worst days I was up at 5:30 and running before it got too hot !

Yes our heatwave in the UK knocked me right back as I just can’t run in the heat. Was in Boston last week and I see what you mean, the humidity is crazy. Sweat just doesn’t evaporate! And that was walking! 😂I couldn’t have run in it.

I’m in Boston this weekend and humidity is a little lower here now. Wondering whether to start week 7 here, brought my kit.
