Hello all, a colleague told me about this programme and I am starting it tomorrow. I am slightly nervous but looking forward to getting into running. I'm hoping it stays dry.

I love running in the rain! It's been a few years since i've ran but I've just completed week 1 tonight. Just go out and enjoy each one, don't look too far ahead into the programme , take each run as it comes and be amazed by how your stamina builds. Good luck. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful :-)

Welcome... go slow... sip lots of water all day... you can do this.

Pretty soon you’ll love running, and you’ll become a strange type of person who looks outside, sees rain and grins!
