I agree with K44Ido don’t ban yourself from treats allow yourself that well deserved glass of wine at the end of your running week 👍🏼
Go for it! Just follow the programme and you can do this! (and do allow yourself the odd treat).

Welcome. Those crisps can be used to fuel runs eventually! Obviously you’re on a diet as well as this, but don’t say goodbye to them, just tell them you’re going away for a while! I find it great that you’re starting both together... and you can certainly achieve all your goals. Enjoy the journey, and sip lots of water all day, also go slow and be prepared to slow down.
