Well done 😁 👍 you will be fine. The programme really works so long as you take it slow and steady. 🏃♂️
On day one did you think you could run 60 seconds? I wasn’t sure I could. Week 2 starts with the same. Consider this though, although each run is 50% longer, in the workout there’s only actually one minute of extra running, and you know you can do a minute! Go nice and slow and you’ll be fine.

I think we’ve all thought that throughout the programme yet here we are saying....In the beginning I didn’t think I could run 1 min, 90 seconds, 3mins etc. Trust in the programme and have faith in yourself. Just slow the pace down if you’re struggling a bit but you CAN do this! 😉
