Nearly there - week 9 day 2

well I've reached a fantastic mile stone, running no-stop for 30 minutes. This app has enabled me not only to run but lose weight and feel better about myself and get back into running. I have completed 4 park runs and reduced my time. Obviously every time I hear Michael Johnson on the TV I get a pain in my knee and a stich but heyho!

I will and then my next goal is to run quicker still using the app. I need to get distance/time at a better ratio.

Well done on achieving a lot of park runs personal best and reaching the ultimate week of new beginnings. When did you begin your parkruns? As I’m waiting until I achieve week 9 run 3 before embarking on timed races.

I actually did the 1st park run before I started the app, my head was obviously back in 1980 when I could run. After that 1st park run I downloaded the app and away I went. My 2nd park run 2 weeks after using the app was slower which threw me but after that they have reduced in time.

I've known of people look ashen and run for their trainers if they see MJ on the TV :-)

Right then. Podium's all ready. What kind of cake would you like? And anything particular to drink/throw over your adoring crowd?

Congratulations on reaching your run number three of many. As I’ve change my viewpoint that 9:3 is the end , rather it’s the beginning of a fantastic journey

Also, like you I’m hoping my fitness Improves and lose weight as well.
