Got too excited and went on too fast . So after 15 mins it was very hard and very slow. Will try to calm down next time . Oh well view along river was pretty .

Haha, went too fast 😂 So did I on my first post-grad run because I thought I was Superman. It's completely natural 😀
Yep i felt like i could run and run then i thought hang on my legs ate tired. Slow down .
