Can’t not believe the difference since using this app am on Week3 1 and am so much more motivated and happier!! Am no longer on my happy pills as these were dragging me down all I needed was the outdoors and my own two legs 🏃🏽♀️⭐️ it’s amazing how positive I feel already can’t wait to see how I am after the 9th week⭐️

That’s amazing! It does give you a great sense of achievement and blows away a lot of cobwebs. Just be aware that there may be ups and downs on your journey (cough - week 6!) but enjoy the ride. Keep posting too as when you’ve had a ‘bad’ run this lot will pick you up. Good luck
