Really didn’t want to go today. For a start it had to be after work (we usually run in the mornings) and it was sunny and warm and I wasn’t sure about 5 minutes running. But my running buddy and I did it, no stopping, no jibbing! Big pat on the back for both of us 😃

The old I don’t want to run run... well done, mental strength is half, if not more, of the battle. 💪

Well done! Thought of 5 mins is much worse than the reality. Tho I loathed W4 the first time around. Today it was a lot easier :-)

And doesn’t it feel even more sweet when you completed a run you didn’t want to do? You have every right to feel righteous! Good for you! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Well done you. It’s a real indication of commitment when you go out on days you’re not sure you want to. Makes the achievement even sweeter!! High five to you both. 🙌🏻

Do you not feel refresh for running after work. I tried it last week and felt able to do more later that evening. I thought I might be very tired but found just the opposite, but unable to do it every week. I’m trying to get out before work in the morning, but, the pull of my bed is much harder at the moment than my running. I hope that this would change over the course of time.

Yes it has not been too bad especially as my lovely husband was cooking steak with salad for tea when I got home. I’ve even done some sewing as well!
