Week5 run 2.. Should have been run 3..

Been two weeks since I did my last run 2 didn't get a chance to go running because I've been busy DIY ing,

finally got to do a run today and decided to repeat Run 2 rather than the 20 minutes in Run 3 which I thought might be too much.

Actually found run 2 relatively easy so looking forward to attempting 20 minutes for run 3 on Friday! Eek!

Nothing wrong with repeating a run - you won't have lost any fitness in 2 weeks especially if you've been doing active stuff. Good luck with the iconic run 3!

Ohhhh the lovely W5R3 to look forward to. Still my favourite landmark run of the whole programme. I grinned for hours, and so will you! 😀😀
