I didn't want to go so started my run with ☹. I headed up hill today, thinking warm up walk up hill then jogging back down. It sort of worked. First minute of running was up hill but that was fine as feeling fresh. Unfortunately the last minute of running was also up hill (poor route planning!)

My Strava obviously not working as total elevation gain showed 26m. Blatantly wrong as more like this ⛰ imho.

I'm pleasantly surprised at the mo as expected to be really out if breath but just leaden legs towards the end of today.

Finished with 🙂

Good job. 26m up and down is a lot for that run! Hills do build endurance and speed though, so they’re not all bad.
