Well I wasn’t going to go but Just did it it’s raining and dog was been daft today pulling me all over to sniff everything lol but I enjoyed myself just hope my legs are ok tomorrow 😊

Well done, 2 down! Going out when you were thinking of not going is great... that’s the spirit that will push you along this programme. Keep on getting out there and if your legs do ache, smile, that ache is your medal of honour! Happy running.

Well done. The first week is often the hardest as your body gets used to it and you get to learn about going slow etc. The great thing is you enjoyed yourself. Just don't run tomorrow and in 1 runs time it'll be "Yah week one done"

Well done you! It's fun running with your dog isn't it? Even if they can be cheeky monkeys at time, lol.

Take it easy, keep it slow and don't forget to stretch, you'll get there - you can and you will!
