Bushy Parkrun was glorious today. Sunny, crisp and spectacular autumn colours. I've now done 16 Parkruns since March and it hasn't rained yet! How do they do it?
I'me expecting a time around 47 min. I did the week 2 podcast followed by run 90 walk 60 intervals to get me round.
You don't have to be a graduate to do a Parkrun. if you start early and just set yourself the target of finishing then you get to see your improvement as you progress through C25K.

Well done. I'm a real fan of Parkrun and just back from mine. Weather here (Edinburgh) wasn't so kind but actually it dried up during the run having been very wet overnight.
I think there's a real synergy between C35k and Parkrun - something about doing it the way which suits you but in a friendly and supportive environment.
Well done on your Parkrun, its the best place to be on a Saturday morning for sure. Much better than housework, shopping etc. Where else could you go to meet such nice like minded people
Excellent well done. Did my first Parkrun today waiting to find out my time!
Great advice about thinking that you have to wait until you are a graduate before you are 'ready' for a parkrun ... a thought process that I had but can see now that I didn't have to wait that long.
My third one today (Brueton Park), cold but dry, and I still can't get below thirty minutes but I will get there if it's the last thing I blimmin' well do!!
