I want to be where you are! I am working towards that goal, so you are now a role model to me.

Well done you, that’s fantastic. I’m on W8R2. I have completed the programme in the past but on an injury which mucked up my progression. So fingers crossed I will stay injury free this time.

I want to stay super focused as I don’t want to loose it again. I’ve read about consolidating for a few weeks before moving on. Do you mind me asking if you’ve got a plan?

Thanks I got an injury in week 2 and it knocked me back. I struggled at week 8 too and stopped twice and had to do the run 5 times till I felt confident. I also can only run in the mornings I can’t keep going in the evening . Week 9 seemed better than week 8 for me. Just keep it steady I thought it best to be slow and sustained as going quicker knocked me back too. Good luck you can do this x

Well done, you will be smiling all day! Don't forget to get your badge :)

on a lap top - under the posts tab- at the top right of the screen is a post called 'August graduation badges'. Go there and the admin will polish up a badge for you.
