Good morning fellow runners this morning I went out for the second run of my final week on this program- it's gone so fast and is now ingrained into my weekly habits. Although it has been tough on some runs andand felt like stopping I have carried on and now find myself with one more run before graduation!!! I am one of life's slow runners but at least I am exercising now which is a 100% improvement
W9R2- the penultimate run: Good morning fellow... - Couch to 5K

Well done!! Podium and bunting and cake just around that next little bend!!
Still feels hard some days and it does take me a time to get into my rhythm but am still plodding on😁 and after reading on here that its ok to be slow it's a huge relief!! When I think back to my first 20minute run I was panicking but now I just take it in my stride - so hopefully 5k will soon be achieved 🐌
I always feel so much better afterwards so know it is doing me good 🏃♀️

You are doing so well, and the finish line is well and truly in sight. 😀👍🏻👏 Looking forward to your proud graduation post! 👏👏
I have just this minute done W9R1! I too am very slow but as you say - at least I’ve done it and no, it definitely doesn’t seem to get any easier. I am too close to the finish line to give up. I think I have to continue with a half hour run every other day after graduation, can’t let all that good work go to waste!
