Good morning fellow runners this morning I went out for the second run of my final week on this program- it's gone so fast and is now ingrained into my weekly habits. Although it has been tough on some runs andand felt like stopping I have carried on and now find myself with one more run before graduation!!! I am one of life's slow runners but at least I am exercising now which is a 100% improvement
W9R2- the penultimate run: Good morning fellow... - Couch to 5K
W9R2- the penultimate run

Well done!! Podium and bunting and cake just around that next little bend!!
Still feels hard some days and it does take me a time to get into my rhythm but am still plodding onπ and after reading on here that its ok to be slow it's a huge relief!! When I think back to my first 20minute run I was panicking but now I just take it in my stride - so hopefully 5k will soon be achieved π
I always feel so much better afterwards so know it is doing me good πββοΈ

You are doing so well, and the finish line is well and truly in sight. πππ»π Looking forward to your proud graduation post! ππ
I have just this minute done W9R1! I too am very slow but as you say - at least Iβve done it and no, it definitely doesnβt seem to get any easier. I am too close to the finish line to give up. I think I have to continue with a half hour run every other day after graduation, canβt let all that good work go to waste!
