Can you do Parkruns in different places?

I'm on w8r2 and have registered with Parkruns in readiness for when I feel ready to do a park run. However it asked what my closest home park run is. So I get that I have to print out a barcode and take it to the run. But can I take it to any park run?

Thanks

Yes! It’s called ParkRun tourism and some people have been to hundreds of different places.

Ah great... do I have to register differently or simply take my barcode along to any?

Thanks

No difference, any parkrun will take your barcode. A friend of mine has done 49 different parkruns. He's getting a T shirt printed with them on.

I answered that question and have yet to run or volunteer at my local one, but I do two others!

Yes! Tell the organisers when you get there as they like to see ‘Park Run tourists’ and you may get a special mention 😁👍
