I was going to stay in the relative comfort zone of W2 and repeat W2R3 but decided to go for it and do W3R1. I feel great!! I didn’t find it as hard as the W2 sessions, I put in an extra jog at the end as I had surplus energy and am not sweating profusely as I have done with Ws1&2 ... just a little glow going on! I can’t believe how this is working! 🏃🏻‍♀️😀

Well done for moving on. I’ve spent every week thinking how am I supposed to do this and I have been able to. Believe in and trust the app. Trust yourself as well. I did w9r1 last night it’s the first time I’ve started a week thinking I’m going to smash this and I did. Good luck with the rest 😀
