There I was all psyched up for my 3 runs of 5 mins........ very sneaky week 5- I wasn’t expecting that! Good job else I would have worried about 8 mins runs. But Taylor Swift saved the day! Shake it off got me thru- just!

Well done, each week is little bit tougher but you can do it. Next run may seem a challenge but you've come to week 5 so it's very achievable. As MarkyD says, let us know when you've smashed it.

Beware W6 - it’s sneaky. Take R1 and R2 (especially R1) super slow. They’re bogey runs - check out past posts! But you’ll be fine. 😀👍🏻💪🏻🏃‍♀️

there is such a jump from 8 mins run on Week 5 run 2 to 20 min run on week 5 run 3 Any ideas?
