Just graduated! I didn’t puke, faint or die so I kept going (reference to my t-shirt in case anyone was wondering!) How good do I feel?!? I cannot believe just 9 weeks ago I struggled with week 1 and now I’m a runner (a slow one, but a runner all the same!) Thank you to all you wonderful people on here - you’re support is amazing 👏👏😁. I have now put in an extra half an hour exercise this morning before 10am. I can’t believe how much my enthusiasm for exercise on my day off.
