I take my hat off to those who can run without music coz it has saved my bacon countless times!! This time a bit of old skool hip hop yessss!!
By the way Iβve just ran 25 bloody minutes!!!!!!!!
Calves hurt throughout and my legs were already a bit tired from being on my feet doing a clay workshop (day 3 this week) at our local museum. Had a 100 children in today taking part π¬ glutton for punishment me!!
But MJ called ME a runner today so who even cares how I got there!! I made this gesture ππ½to my hill today....maybe the music went to my head!! π€£

My first park run was without music . It cut off just as I started and I then continued to run and just as I got to the end it kicked back in. π±π±π±
π€£π€£π€£ Alice Levine co-presents it ~ its secretly written by someone's 60 odd year old Dad ~ it's really badly written and so is ripped to pieces π€£π€£ it was on at the Royal Albert Hall last month!! π
Omg that's the name of it!! Just incase you interpreted that otherwise π€£π€£ Google it if you haven't heard of it ~ its very funny! omg I feel like I've written the rudest thing that's ever been written on the forum!! π±π±π€£π€£
π€£π€£ happened to me too once when my wireless earphones packed up! What a sound? βWhoβs that?β I thought π². I thankfully had a brainwave and put the phone on speaker! So it was only around 5 minutes of listening to myself heavy breathing! That was more than enough! In fact, if I knew I sounded that way any earlier, I might still be on the couch! π! Oh the joys of running! πβ€οΈ
π€£ love it!! Well done βRunnerβ! Congratulations on leaving week 6 for dust!! Fantastic!! I agree about the music too! Happy running! ππ½ππ½ πβ€οΈ
They certainly will! Remember to pace yourself and go slow! You were on your feet all day!! Itβs a brilliant achievement! Enjoy your rest day and then go and then go and give W7 what for!! πβ€οΈ
