I've started running a new route since completing the app. I've actually ran my first ever parkrun another one coming on Saturday. I've only ever completed the 5k in 32 minutes that was the day I graduated. Since starting my new route which works well 5k. I started at 42:35 my PB today is 39:06 so I'm getting there.

It takes time to get strong enough to run faster Take your time and increase distance not more than 10% a week Cross training is going to help you, so think about some other exercise If you’re not already doing so.

You could sign up for our in-house 10 is the magic number programme over in the 10k community 💪😃🏃‍♀️

Well done - great encouragement for me - I graduated yesterday and still need to get up to running 5k. It’s great to see you are doing it. Well done.

Some mornings I get my running gear on another one. You know that feeling like chores. Well once you do it you feel wonderful having done your run. Another parkrun for me tomorrow a different course than my first ever parkrun.
