Wonderful achievement 'Runninggran' in being able to run for 3 minutes During the coming weeks on C25K you will increase that running time to 5 minutes in week 4, on week 5 run 2 you will be able to run for 8 minutes and I know you will be looking forward to running for a full 20 minutes non-stop on run 3 of week 5. After that there is a short walking interval on week 6, watch out for that one, take it really slowly, it catches out some people, then it's a 25, 28 and finally 30 minute run in the final 9th week when you will graduate. I know you will be able to complete ALL those runs during your time on this wonderful course of running of C25K

I know, it’s crazy int it. You’re doing it! I hope you shouted it loud and proud as you were running 📣 😃👍🏃‍♀️

Great stuff! Keep going, nice and steady, no rush 💪

Oh it’s nice and steady alright! I particularly liked the tip of visualising someone running down the other side of the hedge and not being able to see my head bobbing up and down 😃
