My second post grad run and I ran 5k. It was slow and oh boy at times I felt like my legs were bleeding but I pushed on and did it.
I also treated myself to a snail π enamel pin for my arm band π€£ Iβm slow and proud!
Donβt let anyone tell you your goal is impossible or out of your reach.

Well done you must feel great π As they say itβs not a sprint but at your own pace. I for one will never do 5K in 30 minutes!
