Finally hit 5K - 😄

Graduated well over a month ago, but struggled to do my consolidation runs due to illness. Finally managed 2 weeks of running 30mins consistently, but was only managing just over 4K in distance. So yesterday I went to a park where they have a measured course and made myself run for 5K. Yay! I finally did it.

That’s my next target! Upon graduation I am only hitting just over 4K. It’s goid to have a new challenge!! Did it feel much further / harder??

I ran a different route, so no old “milestones” to distract me. Took it really slowly and can honestly say it didn’t feel any harder than the usual 30min.

Me too! On holiday in North Wales & finally managed the 5k in the rain! I'm doing a 5k fun run with my sister & nephew at the end of the month so really glad to have done it!
